• Organizing and Managing Eid Al-Fitr Celebration for the Event Investment Fund
An internal celebration designed to reflect the joyful spirit of Eid Al-Fitr in the workplace. Our scope included designing the visual identity, preparing festive corners, offering symbolic Eid giveaways, as well as providing refreshments and executing themed decorations. We focused on creating a cheerful atmosphere that fosters connection among employees and contributes to enhancing the work experience with a sense of warmth and humanity.
• Main Challenges and Solutions
One of the main challenges in executing the Eid Al-Fitr celebration was the limited preparation time after the official holiday, which required rapid coordination with vendors to ensure timely readiness. Organizing the event within the workplace setting also demanded attention to privacy, flow management, and hospitality. We ensured the visual elements and activities reflected the spirit of Eid in a smooth and elegant way, aligned with the fund’s identity.
